How many generations span the business — or what are your plans for succession and passing on the craft?

3Heritage trade

Which traditional craft or trade is at the heart of your work, and where was it learned?

4Ethical supply chain

Where do your materials come from, and how do you ensure they're responsibly sourced?

5Fair employment

How do you treat the people who work with you? Living wage, fair contracts, training and development.

6Sustainable practice

What active steps do you take to reduce environmental impact — beyond minimum compliance?

What happens next: we confirm receipt within one working day, verify independently within ten, and talk it through with you either way — by phone or video. Once accepted, your mark goes live.
